wide food choice helpful reception clean room payment process card machine relaxed time
The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast offered a wide and varied choice of food. I found the lady on reception helpful as she organized my trip to Pompei and Herculaneum.
I had to pay for drinks before receiving them as a non-resident. It took away from what should have been a relaxed time. A card machine at the bar would resolve this issue.

short walk well maintained hotel drink order incomplete service
the location was excellent. it was a short walk into the town (very convenient, i must say). the hotel was very well maintained and clean.
there was no one available to take drink orders by the pool. it felt as though guests were left to fend for themselves. the service was incomplete in this area, gorgeous grounds can only go so far.

slow service high prices
The breakfast had lots of choices.
The service at the bar by the pool was slow. It was hard to get someone's attention to order drinks. The prices were very high. A simple sandwich cost 25 euros.

Excellent hotel with great amenities.
fresh fruit omelet bar coastal view
I found the breakfast buffet to be very nice. It included fresh fruit and an omelet bar. The outdoor seating area offered great views of the coast. The pool was amazing. but the lift to the beachside dock for sunbathing was a great addition!
